Sony DCR-HC28 Trouble Report Video Clips. Duration : 2.50 Mins.

In this video I'll document a common problem with the Sony DCR-HC28 Handy Cam. The automated door that opens and closes has stopped functioning. It was working fine. I imported 4 mini DV tapes properly and on the 5th tape it stopped working. I have seen people post on popular camera blogs that if you hit the bottom of the camera with your hand you can get it to close. This did not work for me. I hope to take it apart and see if I can tinker with it to get it working again. If I have any luck I will post the solution in a new video and put the link above.
